At ADO E-Bike, we want you to ride with total confidence; if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original condition, including packaging and all accessories, to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the E-Bike
Securely pack the bicycle in its original box, ensuring all components like the battery, charger, and keys are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the unit back to our designated service center for inspection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the bike's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
